MARSCHNER, Marion of Saginaw passed away on Friday, October 4, 2024 at HealthSource Saginaw. She was 92 years old. Marion Gertrud Tepper was born October 25, 1931 in Berlin, Prussia to the late Max and Gertrud (Baude) Tepper. She graduated from High School in Germany and was a Hat Designer for the military. She married Paul G. Marschner on December 21, 1953 in Berlin, Germany and became a United States citizen in 1976. Marion worked for K-Mart for 32 years as a manager, and was a faithful member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church.

Marion missed her brothers and sister from German deeply: Manfred and Ralph Tepper, and Krista Knodel. She is survived by her brother-in-law, Arno Marschner of Denver, CO; nephew, Curtis Marschner and niece, Kathy Jo Marschner.

Marion was preceded in death by her husband Paul G. Marschner on January 18, 2010 and her son, Paul Marschner in 1992.

Graveside Service: In accordance to Marion’s wishes cremation has taken place and a graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 16, 2024 at Holy Cross Lutheran Cemetery.
