Please share a memory of Patricia to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.

Patricia Page Rindskopf, beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Saturday, March 26th. She was 92 years old and resided in Saginaw, Michigan. Patricia was born on June 19, 1929 in New Haven, Connecticut to parents Chamberlain and Luetta (Francis) Page. She graduated high school in Birmingham, Michigan in 1947 and went on to attend Michigan State College (MSU), where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, graduating in 1951. She loved teaching elementary and special education. Patricia married the love of her life William D. Rindskopf on December 18, 1950 in Birmingham, Michigan. They lived a period of time in Stuttgart, Germany where Bill served in the Army. He preceded her in death on September 12, 2004. Patricia’s love for life was obvious to anyone that ever met her. Her sweet and bubbly personality was infectious.

Patricia was a member of the Alpha Chi Omega Sorority at Michigan State College (MSU), and Second Presbyterian Church in Saginaw, Michigan. She is remembered for her unwavering positive energy, love for MSU games, and quick-witted sense of humor. To know her was to truly love her. She enjoyed cooking, boating, playing the piano, dancing and singing, golfing, gardening, word puzzles, going to the movies and traveling, especially to their home away from home in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Most of all, Patricia loved her family and spending quality time with them.  She was a true inspiration to everyone and will be forever missed.

Patricia is survived by her three children; Susan (Eric) Santhany, Steven (Susan) Rindskopf and Linda (Thomas) Leach, and grandchildren whom she absolutely adored; Kristin (Chris) Scheel, Melissa LeMay, Lindsay Pittwood, Jason (Cory) Rindskopf, Lauren Rindskopf (fiancé - Jesse Campbell), Megan (Greg) Lokitis. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; James and John LeMay, Carter Pittwood, Andrew and Madeleine Scheel, Grayson and Bennett Lokitis, and Jaxon Rindskopf. Last but not least, her loyal companion Luetta Page “Lulu”; her loving dog and best friend whom she grew old with.

Patricia was also preceded in death by her sister Joan Giles, and her great grandson Camden Pittwood.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to her many caregivers and medical team. Your love and support for Patricia did not go unnoticed and we are forever grateful.

A private family memorial service will take place to celebrate Patricia’s life in Traverse City, Michigan. Her legacy will be carried on for eternity. Go green! Go white!
