Saginaw, Michigan

Daniel B. Fiebke Jr., age 83, of Saginaw, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 24, 2025 at Westfall AFC Home. Daniel Benjamin Fiebke Jr. was born on April 7, 1942 in Bay City to Daniel B. Sr. and Dorothy (Huebbner) Fiebke. Dan attended Michigan State University and then graduated from Ferris State University. Daniel married Mary Josephine “Mary Jo” Gonzales on February 16, 1980, in Saginaw, and they celebrated 45 years together until her passing on March 28, 2025.

Dan worked as a Manager for Michigan Bell and then Ameritech for over 30 years. He was an avid trout fisherman and golfer.

He is survived by his step-children, Beau (Kim) Breier, Randy (Tina) Breier and Richard “Rick” (Morgan) Breier; three step-grandsons, Daniel Breier, Austin Breier, and Cole Breier; special cousins, Shirley and the late Paul Fiebke and their sons: Chris (Laurie), Craig (Sandy) and Curtis (Kathy) Fiebke; lifelong friends, George Stewart, Tom Pletzke and Bill Ninke; and many extended family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Mary Jo; and his dear friend, George Pfenninger.

In keeping with Daniel’s wishes, cremation has taken place, and there are no services planned at this time.
